HAND SIZES -- The makers inform us that Hand sizes are in the same proportion as feet -- so if you need Medium Foot pads you should also need Medium Hands

UK SHOE SIZES -- ExSmall will fit shoe size up to UK 2½ -- Small fits 3 to 5½ -- Medium fits 6 to 7½ -- Large fit 8 to 9½ -- ExLarge will fit 10 to 12

EU SHOE SIZES -- ExSmall will fit shoe size up to EU 35 -- Small fits 35½ to 38 -- Medium fit 38½ to 41 -- Large fits 41½ to 44 - ExLarge will fit 44½ to 47

USA SHOE SIZES -- everything in America is bigger and US shoes are half a size bigger than in the UK so the UK size 7½ is equal to USA size 8
