Exactly as shown on page 745 of the founders condensed Encyclopaedia this badge is the correct method to allow identification of all fellow Black Belts and should therefore always be worn by all persons who are holders of a Degree in ITF Taekwondo — Integrity – this badge should only be worn by authorised ITF Black Belts
