In any serious sport you will need a shield for your gums and teeth and unless you want to pay over a hundred pound to your dentist – Then this is a very small price to pay for some essential protection for your teeth

– METHOD –
First try the shield in your mouth when it arrives – if it is a little too long you can trim the back with a sharp blade until it is the correct length – Then put the shield it into a cup of hot (not boiling) water – When the shield is soft (and not too hot) put it in your mouth and shape it to fit your teeth – Then put it into cold water to fix the shape.
