— SIZES — All belts are 4½ cm wide and 4 mm thick – To get your length tie any belt round your waist that actually fits you to get your actual waist size – Then measure down from your belly-button to the top of your knee-cap and double that number to allow for both legs – If you then add the waist to drop you should have the correct length including allowing for the extra used for the knot at your waist.
